4. RETENTION PERIOD
4.1 The Operator will ensure that the Customer’s personal data will be kept secure and only used for the purposes stated above. On termination of the Customer’s account their personal data will be kept for the minimum period of time required to comply with the Operator’s regulatory and legal obligations. The Customer’s personal data may be kept longer if it cannot be deleted for technical reasons. However, the Operator will apply best endeavours to put the data beyond use through anonymization or pseudonymisation.
5. CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS
5.1 The Customer’s rights over their personal data held by the Operator are as follows:
(a) to withdraw their previously given consent without invalidating any previously consented processing;
(b) to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority about how the Operator has processed the Customer’s data, the Customer can contact the Operator’s Data Protection Officer at

(c) to access their data that is being held or processed by the Operator, the Customer should contact the Operator’s Data Processing Officer at

(e) to have their data erased subject to legal and regulatory requirements;
(f) to object to and restrict processing in certain circumstances subject to legal and regulatory requirements. This right applies where, after careful consideration, the Operator has decided that is in the legitimate interests of the Operator to process data about the Customer. The Operator processes data for its legitimate interests as set out in Section 3 above;
(g) to request the Customer’s data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format to enable them to ‘port’ the data to another company without hindrance from the Operator;
(h) to object to automated decision making including profiling;

5.3 Failure to provide personal data may prevent the Operator from performing its obligations in accordance with the agreement with the Customer and/or restrict the Operator’s ability to deliver the required services.
6. ACCURACY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 It is the Customer's responsibility to notify the Operator of any changes in their personal information by sending an e-mail to the Operator at

7.1 The Operator may disclose the Customer's personal information:
